Unless we say otherwise, we use the terms "TWT", "Trade With Turkey", “Shopping in Turkey” "we" and "us" on this Website to refer to Trade With Turkey throughout the Website terms and conditions, which include our Website Terms, General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Legal Terms and Privacy & Cookie Policy (“Terms and Conditions”).

The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the website at www.tradewithturkey.org (the "Website") and to any services you purchase from Trade with Turkey. Trade with Turkey is not the owner, holder or distributor of any products or services created or rendered by the Users of the Platform. Trade with Turkey does not represent either the Manufacturer or Customer in specific User transactions (“User to User Agreements”).
Trade with Turkey does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered by Users on the Website or the ability of the Users to complete an order, Proposal and/or payments.
Trade with Turkey ‘we’ do not claim to act on behave of any Government nor represent any Government department(s). We are not funded by any Government agency, we are authroised to provide an on-line platform to connect a bridge between users in the United Kingdom and mainland Europe to service providers in Turkey, by facilitating the relationship between (Customers) and Manufacturers as follows:
to connect potential Customers with Manufacturers and services providers in Turkey
to identify and determine the products and services to benefit Customers and Turkish Manufacturers
to make available and promote Turkish Manufacturers’ products and services
to facilitate the placing of orders of products or services by Customers; through confirming pricing of products, ensuring that an agreement is concluded for the delivery of the products and services between the Customer and Turkish Manufacturer (User to User Agreement) - applicable only when the buyer performs the sale via our website.

We advise you to make sure you are satisfied with the exact type and nature of goods or services being offered by any Turkish Manufacturer or Organisation you search for using the Database. We recommend that you check the qualifications of people, companies and organisations or their goods or services. We are not an agent for and do not give guarantees for these organisations or their goods and services:

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the results of any search made via the KeywordSearch Tool;The Trade With Turkey Websites contain hyperlinks to websites run by companies other than TWT Limited. You access and use these sites at your own risk and will need to keep to any conditions of use that apply to those sites. As far as the relevant laws allow, neither we nor any other members of our group of companies, shareholders, officers, shareholders, staff or other organisations connected to us (collectively, ‘TWT’) give you any guarantees that:
there will be no problems with how you use TWT Websites; or
the computer or server you use to log on to TWT Websites is free of viruses or other harmful programmes.
2. Our Responsibilities
Subject to these conditions, we shall endeavour to:
Carry out due diligence of all service providers to ensure they meet EU and UK standards, where necessary make sure they have all relevant export certificates.
Each service provider has been visited by Trade with Turkey sales executives to ensure trading address and working practices.
Trade with Turkey will conduct verification and due reference checks on service providers periodically. These checks may be made by requesting Service providers to provide documentation or conduct interviews with Trade with Turkey or by monitoring ratings on the website by Customers. If they do not cooperate with any requests which are required to perform this verification, your User account may be blocked.
Allow Customers to leave reviews for service providers without prejudice
All service fee’s kept within the UK banking system or Germany banking System and will only be transferred once goods or services are provided.
Trade with Turkey shall have the sole discretion to hold back payment to Manufacturers for up to 30 days where such Manufacturers have not been rated favourably, have no rating yet, all first time transactions on the Platform and/or where the order is of a large quantity (orders above €2,000/£1,800), until Customers have confirmed that they are satisfied with the quality of the order, which the Manufacturer accepts.
Turkish Manufacturer or Organisation does not post Content that may mislead anyone into thinking that they are another person or company.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Trade with Turkey has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Trade with Turkey’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Trade with Turkey’s reasonable opinion, violates any TWT policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Trade with Turkey’s sole discretion.
3. Limits to Liability
There is limits to our liability and you hereby confirm that You are duly warned and informed that You may be at risk of dealing with persons acting in bad faith, malicious intense, fallacy, delusion, or fraud. Trade with Turkey cannot and is not liable or responsible for lawfulness, accuracy, correctness, validity, reliability, and or completeness of any information provided by Users
If You create an account on the Website, You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your account, and You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account
Trade with Turkey is an open platform, Users (Buyers) can contact service providers outside of our platform which is encouraged in order to speed up any transactions, however we do not recommend transferring money to any service providers directly and if you do, you acknowledge full responsibility for any loses.
Trade with Turkey accepts no responsibility for any contractual disputes or breaches which may result from User to User Agreements that has been agreed outside of our platform. This will include wrong orders, bad quality or anything else.
You are encouraged to advise Trade with Turkey immediately if the other party encourages sales outside of our platform and where Users elect to proceed with their transactions outside of the Trade with Turkey Platform nonetheless Users will still remain liable for all loses.
You acknowledge and agree that we make no warranty and give no representation of any kind in relation to third party data and we accept no responsibility or liability for inaccuracy in or arising out of third party data.
Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
4. Disputes between Users
Trade with Turkey on notification of a dispute may request Users involved in the dispute to provide supporting documents. Trade with Turkey will not be in any way be liable for documentation which is not authentic, accurate, up to date, complete and lawful.
If requested by either the Customer or the Manufacturer, Trade with Turkey may exercise its discretion in assisting and consulting with Users in resolving any disputes between Users where both Users agree to involve Trade with Turkey in the dispute resolution process. Any involvement by Trade with Turkey is purely in an attempt to assist Parties.
The Users will be required to acknowledge their understanding and agreement, that Trade with Turkey is not a judicial or arbitration institution and will provide assistance only in an effort to facilitate resolution of the dispute. Its determinations will not be binding on the parties.
If You involve Trade with Turkey to settle any dispute with another User, Trade with Turkey is not and will not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to loss of profit, which may arise in connection with any opinion, decision, assistance etc, given to You by Trade with Turkey
5. Fee’s
Trade with Turkey is an open, free to browse platform for users without the need to set up an account or give any personal date to use. Users can contact service providers without Trade with Turkey involvement or visit service providers website and premises.
Where user’s decide to purchase from service providers, Trade with Turkey provide an additional service to act as an agent on the users behave to inspect goods or services, carry out additional checks and levels and all transactions will be preformed on this platform. The user will transfer money to Trade with Turkey and upon receipt of goods or service Trade with Turkey will transfer money to the Service Provider, in keeping with the contract agreed on between the User and the Service Provider.
Trade with Turkey can only withhold money from the service provider for a maximum 30 days in case of any dispute.
Services provided by Trade with Turkey with a fee include:
Money Transfer - €35.00 fee for every €1000.00 paid
Product inspection with Video confirmation €55.00
Airport Collection to Hotel to Service Provider & return to airport €165.00
Translation Services in Turkey - €15.00 per hour
Property & deeds service via Notary POA - Paid in Local currency
